Can I do self-collection?

Do you deliver on Public Holidays?
Yes, but only for advanced orders that are placed 48 Hours before
What is the delivery charge?
Minimum order of $50 is required.
Delivery Fees :-
Order Value $50-$150 = $20
Order Value $151-$300 = $15
Order Value $301-$500 = $10
An additional $5 delivery charge is applicable for Central Business District (CBD) areas. Please refer to the first 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson – 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square – 03, 17; Orchard 22, 23; Bras Basah 18, 19.
Do you deliver to venues without lift landing?
A surcharge of $50 to $100 is applicable for delivery to venues without lift landing as we will require additional help and effort to set up the different components of the buffet set up.
What is your earliest delivery time?
For advanced orders : 7am
What is the collection time for Self-Pickup Orders ?
Collection for Self-Pickup Orders can be done from 7am onwards
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CORPORATE ORDERS ONLY
1) All orders place online will be processed within 24 working hours. Our sales representatives will contact you and a written confirmation will send to your email for confirmation.
2) For urgent orders for less than 3 working days, kindly contact our sales representatives at 90034209 for assistance.
3) Upon confirmation, strictly no decrease in the number of pax and cancellation is not allowed.
4) Any increment of pax has to be made at least 2 working days in advance and is subject to our availability of the ingredients.
5) Cancellation Policy:
50% of invoice amount will be charged for cancellation made after confirmation;
100% of invoice amount will be charged for cancellation with less than 48 hour notice.
6) The management reserves the right to replace the menu items should it be unavailable at the time. We will inform you should this happen.
